Have you ever had a vision, or an eerie feeling about something? You do not know where it came from, but suddenly, there it is in your mind that. That happens to me occasionally, and as I truly do believe it could be no one but God, helping me along the way.
The church that I attend is doing a twenty-one day fast and praise, to ReSet and Re-Focus for 2015. I am hoping to do so much this year, that this means so much more to me. God always seems to give you more than you expected like last night in church, we were in this passage about Daniel was mourning for, (fasting and praying), and during those twenty-one days, God was fought off demons in his life.
The minister talked about the issues that could be bothering you, taking away your focus. As the minister was preached, I thought about a situation that was going on in my life. In fact, it was in my focus as I walked into church last night, and then again, this morning. It had nothing to do with what I am praying for a breakthrough in; however, it had been bothering for a few MONTHS, could that issued be in the category of demons.
He covered exactly what I was feeling last night, as I sat down and then brought it back to my attention this morning. By the end of the fast I will know, either God going to fix this own issue or take it away. Now I am a believer, and I never take any message from God lightly, so as a believing within or over after twenty-one days, he is showing me something I did not expect.
Vision of the Glorious Man, NKJV, Daniel, Chapter 10
In the third year of Cyrus king of Persia a message was revealed to Daniel, whose name was called Belteshazzar. The message was true, but the appointed time was long;[a] and he understood the message, and had understanding of the vision. 2 In those days I, Daniel, was mourning three full weeks. 3 I ate no pleasant food, no meat or wine came into my mouth, nor did I anoint myself at all, till three whole weeks were fulfilled.
12 Then he said to me, “Do not fear, Daniel, for from the first day that you set your heart to understand, and to humble yourself before your God, your words were heard; and I have come because of your words. 13 But the prince of the kingdom of Persia withstood me twenty-one days; and behold, Michael, one of the chief princes, came to help me, for I had been left alone there with the kings of Persia. 14 Now I have come to make you understand what will happen to your people in the latter days, for the vision refers to many days yet to come.”
