It all starts with you, and how you look at you. Be your success today.
I know there two more days until Thanksgiving, than Christmas will be in full action. I have work to do, along with cooking of the meal; I always think again. I missed the mark last week on my sales presentation, there always next year. Until then, I have a lot to prepare for not just the holidays. I am also getting ready for a sad end to 2016; we lost some good people this year, besides for Prince. Then end of the year recap will be sad, including the farewell to #President Obama. I will be shedding a lot of tears. It time to think about what there is to look forward to for yourself in the coming year.
Starting with, I am thankful for each day, and the little things in my life.
Start something, go somewhere, do nothing and you will go no where. I was watching this guy. He really wanted to mow the lawn; however, the forecast said rain. Work is work, and he obviously needed the money.
Whenever we plan to do something; there seems to be other things that will get in the way. That is how it is in life. We can avoid a lot of things by let other issues get in the way. Sometimes we just have to get started, regardless of what may or may not happen. Some people will use this same reason, rain not to go to church. However, can you use that as a reason not to go to work. Can the excuse stop you from moving forward in life?
We have to be able to move on, regardless of what may come our way. Don’t let the rain, or any issue stop you from seeing the big picture in your life.
It is a new day, what will motivation you to accomplish your goals for the new year?
I was watching a show of television this morning, where they were asking people about their new year resolution. As they talk to each person, they asked them about their goals for they new year. The things like stop smoking, exercise, eat heather. The one they were talking with seem to have given up on the goal, even though we are only a few days into the new year.
They are like “most” of us, who have to be forced or see a value of accomplishing our goals. Just like if you want to stop smoking for the new year, what would you have to do in order for that to happens. If you were told that you have an illness required you to stop smoking, then you would more motivate to stop tomorrow. No one sets a goal to be prepared for the loss of a job. However, when we are faced with it, we will save, cut back and look for other jobs. Weight loss is a major one; it normally starts with a goal after we have gained a large amount over the holidays. After all we have been living with those extra pound for some time.
However, there is time to make a plan and accomplish some goals for the year. I am a firm believe in starting over; no matter how many times it takes. I also believe in baby steps, we give up when we put more on ourselves then we can handle. Setting goals is a great way to get motivated.
Happy New Year
Let’s get motivated for 2016.
We only have a few more days left in the years. The Pastor preached on finishing 2015 in a mighty way, so I have been seeing what things in can complete this year or get things resolved. Some things I just did what I could and then went on to take care of other issues. When we can get stuck on one thing too long, we don’t have time to do anything else. The best way to end 2015 is to get what you can complete, then it truly will be a great beginning to a new year.
Based on, “I Don’t Want To Waking Up in the Same Place” by Ivy Lynns
Have you ever heard a sad song when you are feeling down? It is like world is crumbling around you, when you have bad news at the hard times in your life. The word is “crumbling around you.”
You have to remember that you are not the only one going through things in life. We all will have problems, as one time or another, some more than others. The only thing you can do is hold on, because the time will pass. We have to take each day as it comes. The one problem that we did not have is we got up this morning.
The best thing to do is look up, and move toward a better day.
